For some reason my mut is in an infinite Kenny Pickett HL pack loop. Can't do anything tried resetting . Have like 30 HL welcome packs. Any fix?

I can't even get into the menu to open packs, it just keeps looping the granted pack.

I've tried resetting, going into house rules, the store, etc but just keeps handing me packs. Can't play any modes but the hr it shows on headliner menu. Got like 100 packs now :(

I'm stuck in this darn Kenny Pickett Headliners welcome pack shit too, uggh. Only some game modes available, I can't get rid of these loading screens.

I'm having this issue as well. I've tried everything and nothing works. It is a never-ending loop. I can't believe I keep falling for this stupid scam.

I'm trying to be happy about free Training this easily on the year, but I just washed play the damn game. I took PTO today, uggh.
At 2-4 Training per loop, this shit is taking forever. 120 so far.

If it was giving good training itd be patched by now, at 2 per its more of a headache than blessing

I just deleted the game and am now reinstalling. I'll let ya'll know if it helps.
EDIT: I also restarted my console and when I went back into MUT, it briefly showed the main menu (for about 1 second) before going back to the HL field pass, and I saw that I had 15 unopened packs. So I opened it 15 more times = no fix. Opened a couple more = no fix. I restarted again, same thing happened, but now I have 18 unopened packs, which is why I deleted and am trying to redownload/reinstall.

I got 9 Pickett's last night. Didn't do anything in specific to fix it other than close app but it let me in within about 15-20 mins

Deleting and reinstalling did not help. The brief show of the main menu still showed 18 packs. I'm out of ideas at this point.
