Anyone else starting Kelce at C and using Red Tornado as a backup to still get the AKA boost from Tornado?
I do think Kelce is the better card

I play both. Kelce is my LG.

Yeah but using Kelce at Guard, you don't get the Red Tornado boosts....He only boosts cards that have LG or RG as primary position. I run Matthews LTD Legend card w 0 AP Nasty streak at LG. , Kelce woth 0 AP nasty streak at C .
Red Tornado is in my lineup as backup C because Kelce is a better C but that way I get Red Tornado's boosts.
Boost isn't needed for Kelce, He's already fast as shit. And I'd argue that he's superior to Matthews in every way.
Kelce at guard and Jensen at center for me as well. Kelce fast as shit. I love putting him on pull blocks.

The boost makes.Matthews better especially if you run a Legends TT which I do
Would rather have Kelce and Matthews with Red Tornado as a backup to get his boosts.
I run Kelce at Center and Red tornado at LG as it’s his secondary position. I guess I’m doing it wrong? I have Corbett at RG and he has been good with nasty streak.
So what I am reading says put Kelce out of position at LG with nasty and put post up on red tornado at center?

Yep fastest non-oop lineman I've seen since Creed Humphrey last year, 90 speed on my team

Does the speed boost make Matthews worth 2.2 million coins? Absolutely not. I understand you have the best Madden team anyone's ever seen, but not everyone dropping 2.2 million on a guard.
I run a full legends team too, and Kelce at guard is just fine for me.
They are both great, but I do run Kelce at starting center with Red Tornado as a backup. I value Nasty Streak more than Post Up, and it’s pretty insane having five on your line at once. Red Tornado is still worth having for the boost of course.

i been doing that with andrus peat (who needs a card)
and alex cappa from the thought that having backup motivators is cool
Tornado should play C or back up. His free ability is post up which works best at the C position.
Kelce can play C or Guard and is the by far most agile lineman in the game. so from there it depends what abilities you want and chems you need. If you wanna max NS I would get Corbett, Kelce, Yanda slong the interior oline.

I didn't buy him for 2.2, I pulled him and there was no need to sell because I had coins and always loved how Matthews played IRL. Also, in every Madden where he has gotten a card, his cards always play OP. It's one of those cards like Charles Haley, that has something built in that just makes them play above their ratings.
I ran Kelce at G before Matthews and Yanda dropped. It's a really good move. Dude has almost WR speed at 295 lbs. All I'm saying is I personally prefer having him at C in my scheme. I don't do a lot of pulling and my C usually goes to the 2nd level after a quick double team. Kelce is insanely good at that . Doubling a DT then blowing out a LB who is usually a Safety at SubLB. If I ran a lot of traps or plays where my Guard was leading the way I'd run Kelce there. I prefer a 2 back set with Gronk leading the way. Gronk is the best lead blocker in the game IMO
