Just when I thought I had the bunch x nasty meta figured out, here comes the HB direct mixed in with the TE screen. Not only that, I'm going up against a god squad with all the high coin cards in every position, both in gauntlet and the event. I'm so happy that this is my final week on Madden, as I tend to go away when the real football season is over. I'm no slouch; I'm pretty decent at the game, but man, this game is getting so boring with the copy-and-paste plays everywhere, dropped INT passes, random fumbles, overthrows out of nowhere. My team can't block or create a pass rush, just to keep the games close. If you guys think RNG isn't in this game, you're in denial. I have so many clips that will leave you scratching your head, like, "What the heck?"🤔 Someone posted that they don't spend money on a QB because EA controls every pass anyway, and that's been stuck in my head ever since, like, "Hmmmm?"  What you guys think?
This is a problem every year, but EA doesnt care as long as money keeps pouring in from players. The're not working to make the game more enjoyable. 😒
Maybe just play h2h instead of events or ranked? H2h is usually much better for me.

So you can't relate to anything I said, I guess. Maybe we're not on the same skill or match level. No disrespect, because it's all over, no matter which one you play.
What part of x  nasty was the problem ?
I've mainly been an offline player this year, but started playing ranked yesterday.. Went 4-1 in the placement matches, but my goodness... 4 of those games were annoying as hell... QB roll out every play, mid blitz or some glitched blitz that has a player untouched everytime... That craps annoying as hell. I did play a guy that punted when he was supposed to and played the game with a system... That was actually an enjoyable game

It wasn't a problem, it just spammed a lot with space switching. But I'm only referring to the RB out of the backfield. All I'm saying is you have to commit to one defense for it and adjust almost every play, and that gets super boring.

What if they just ran power the whole game would you still make this post?

I know this is a video game, but I wish it was more realistic. Maybe if you run the same play over and over, the A.I. would catch on to it or something. Or if you could pick one defense and stop it without all the adjustments, unless you make the right call at the right time, like checkers or chess or something.

Yeah, any play that's spammed over and over, where a glitch in the game or bad coding makes it super hard to stop. I could tell you about tons of plays like that. I'm not saying it's impossible to stop, but after a while, it gets boring having to make all these adjustments just to stop three plays a game. I'm pretty good at the game, and I'd still beat you with those same plays.

Right. It'd be a cool feature if they said during any type of H2H, you have a maximum 4 or so times you can call a particular play a game.

this is America jack…u are describing communist-ball
I think id rather lose every game then be another gun bunch x nasty every play dweeb. Games been out for almost half a year and these guys can’t bring themselves to attempt a single other play, god forbid any1 had a little fun playing a video game and didn’t treat it like a full time job

No one argues there isn’t RNG in the game; that is universally acknowledged. What isn’t readily acknowledged is how high-level glitchers are exposed to less of it (with cheesy runs, and therefore, no dropped passes and late-knockouts), coupled with glitch blitzes (which skip rolls based on defender/protection interactions). Therefore the glitchers will tell you it’s skill over RNG. Well, that’s not how I felt last night when I outclassed a guy and his cheese early on without resorting to cheese myself, only to fumble late in the first half on an inside zone carry, all because the game said so.
