I have no knowledge of how EA Legal operates, but keep your tracking number handy.  EA will potentially (hopefully) contact you once they've assigned the chore to one of their young attorneys.  HIGHLY doubtful that you'd receive same-day response from them.  However, i know nothing.  Fingers crossed you're potentially only a matter of ~weeks away from some type of resolution.  I still liek your chances, but EA Legal has straight up ignored my prior attempts.  If this fails, send another letter.

Ill probably wait another 2 weeks, then send a follow up letter, the only issue is its $5 every certified letter I sent, but worth the money to me if I can get it overturned.

I smell ya, brother -- i've still got an extra copy i printed out back in 2023 buried in my glovebox from having to mail out multiple Certified Letters (at ~$6-8 a pop).  I only managed to get one ban overturned, they straight up ignored any subsequent attempts at contacting them.  To the point i wasn't even sure if my address was correct.  Clearly they give zero fucks about any of us.  Whatever, they're doing me a favor, i guess... this shit has gotten way out of control (for me, personally) to the point where i've been pissing away an obscene amount to fund my roster each and every single year.

We're basically screwed, EA continues to chase away their die-hard fanbase.  There is no solution.  I heard there's a Madden 11 mod being worked on, with latest and greatest content (rosters, etc.): https://x.com/VivaLaPhoenixTV/status/2011931110041661767

I remain 100% promise I never purchased coins, but not sure how to get arbitration other than waiting for EA to response to the letter?

EA almost never acknowledges these letters quickly, and there is no guarantee anyone will contact you at all, but you do not have to wait forever before moving to arbitration under their own terms.

How to get to arbitration (you do not just wait)

You do not need EA’s permission or a new EA Help case to start arbitration once you have:

1. sent a proper Notice of Dispute, and
2. allowed the 30‑day informal‑resolution period to run.​

After those 30 days:

1. Prepare your AAA Consumer Arbitration filing
   • Go to AAA Consumer Arbitration Services and choose the online filing option.​
   • Describe the dispute: MUT 26 Auction House ban, no coin buying, EA refused to provide evidence, loss of access to a paid service.
   • State the remedies you want: unban, restoration of access, and (optionally) modest monetary relief.
2. Cite EA’s obligation to pay fees if you cannot
   • EA’s arbitration clause says it will pay arbitration fees if they are excessive or if you say you cannot afford them; users have successfully filed with “$0” due and a note referencing that clause.
3. Send EA a brief “notice of arbitration filed” letter or email
   • Attach or reference your AAA case number.
   • This often triggers contact from EA’s outside counsel or in‑house team who can actually negotiate.
