Lamar can't hit a barn door. He misses wide open receivers regularly. Yeah the whole package of hin wins games but he is an average passer who benefits from the D walking down cuz of his running threat and the run O overall. There is a reason he folds in the playoffs.

Lot of people here don't know ball, last year Philly's d was atrocious which is why we got a new coordinator and this year Baltimores d struggled all year. Burrow has arguably the best receivers and all they do is pass the ball. I think Joe's a good QB, but he's not doing what Lamar is for his team. Either way Lamar Joe and hurts are all high level QBs and they make the people around play better

What's the logic for the eagles success in the playoffs then? If he's mediocre and carried then how come he always performa great when the time comes? There's a lot of hate going around but he's the only one with a ring

give me some examples of him missing players

anyways, every QBs misses players. lamar also doesnt have the WRs of Hurts and Burrow to help make up for a misplaced ball. he is tied with Drew Brees and Brady for 5 td games with no INTs. also just had a season with 41 passing tds and only 4 INTs (none were his fault and that's one of the best, if not the best, TD:int ratio OAT). in the game against buffalo, he did have a bad 1st half but made up for it in the 2nd. he drove the team down field without his WR1 or WR2 on the field and got into the end zone. then his TE preceded to drop the 2 pt. 

his wr fumbled after a bad penalty and we stopped running (with the best rushing attack in the league vs a mid run defense)

out vs the Bengals 

left during the bills

bad vs the titans and our defense sucked too

outplayed vs the chargers

I only see 2 games were he folded, maybe 3 since he left in the 3rd vs the bills

Joe Flacco, Eli Manning, Brad Johnson, Phil Simms, Jeff Hostetler, Trent Dilfer, Mark Rypien, Joe Theisman, Doug Williams all have a ring. Some even multiple. Are they all time greats?

Hurts has a top3 D and rush attack. The same as almost everybody above.

If his first read is not open he tucks it in and runs. (And not only him. That has become a pandemic in modern football). Don't get me wrong. It's effective but just watching him play it's abysmal as a former player and Qb coach myself. It's gonna be interesting to see how he will play when the athleticism goes with age. We saw how that plays out with Vick and Newton.

Dawg id love to here your top 10 players. Mahomes has had a top defense 3 years running, but he gets all the praise. Jalens succeeded every year even though 2023 our d was awful but we still had a winning record and made the playoffs

Lamar would be in it. But not cuz he is a great passer. Cuz overall his play is effective.

Current players Burrow, Rodgers and Stafford are the best pure passers.

Pre snap reads, going through your progression, looking of defenders became a lost art. Manning, Brees and Brady are so far ahead in those aspects of almost any Qb today.

Man all your best passers threw more picks than Lamar and hurts, but you say they can't make a read? Just because they use there legs they suck? If it the right decision and there winning games they deserve credit. Also leaving Allen if that list is crazy man
