Well some of us suck and get to 2-4/5 wins.. its very annoying. I KNOW it’s a me problem but don’t get it twisted you need skill for this..
I’m loving this HR. Had 5 6-0 runs and made like 3m. Not even going against that much cheese or stacked squads some how.

I even looked back at their abilities and all they were running was enforcer supreme and occasionally extra pop. I put the same combo on my DBs, and out of hundreds of these games, I probably caused 3 fumbles, and 2 of them they recovered back. And I had guys knock 3 out off of me in one game. This game is so bad. The RNG bails so many people out. I miss when madden was football strategy, not figuring out how to game the shitty programming.
Just had this happen to Adams twice in one game. With tank and conservative on. I was winning, hit stick fumble they return for td..I scored.. then got a pick, hit stick fumble on my int they recover and take in. Then next possession Adams fumbled again.. so incredibly unrealistic and this was for a 6th win first time.

Acting your you are not apart of it and just reacting is hilarious. Just own up to being the toxic garbage everyone hates

Cool, thanks for the response!
I don’t do this cheesy bullshit everybody does and I can’t even win 3 games in a row. I hate all of you assholes cheesing your way to multiple 6-0 runs.

I have managed three, and only because the guy quit out early after a rough start. He probably didn't have a run going, and didn't see the point in a lengthy recovery project.

Those are the exact ways it was happening to me. Was playing conservative on my 5th or 6th game with the lead, under 2 minutes left, and Adams gets destroyed, fumbles, and they return it for a TD. Got the ball back, and he did it again. When I played consistently and kept up with how the shitty programming evolved each year, I was a top 100 h2h player. I used to beat people in the top 10 (I think top 3 was the highest person I ever beat). I say that to say, this isn’t a skill or strategy issue… you can literally know you’re objectively the better player, making better decisions, playing smarter, more skilled, and still the game rewards the lesser player with stuff like this. And as it’s happening, you can feel like you’re not just playing against your opponent, but the AI too.
People used to argue about whether equalizer was real, whether there was RNG, etc., but when this kind of shit happens, there is no doubt. It is so unrealistic.

I get a desire to win but it’s so bad now. I’m not amazing at the game, never have been and I’ll usually win 2 of every three games IF I am not playing some cheater. Unfortunately… everybody is basically a cheater now and I’m stuck doing solos because I can’t handle just getting cheesed game after game. I accept that I’m not good and I’m slowly getting better but it’s not worth the time for me to sit there for hours studying the game just so I might win 4 of every 5 instead and work around the cheese. It’s honestly just a sad state of game now.

The simple, ugly truth about Madden is that the winner is generally the user who plays the game least like a coach would have a professional football team play. It takes as-good-as-zero skill to stretch run behind Vanguard, or to gain five yards repeatedly off of RPO's. It takes zero skill to walk the user defender over guard and center and send either two or six pass rushers.
I play the quality game again and again, exploiting repeatedly the gaping holes left in an aggressive defense every time my quarterback doesn't take a hit in less than a second-and-a-half, but because of how the mechanics of the game work, I won't get the broken tackles and may end up coughing up the ball on the first defensive contact. I shouldn't have to grind out 15 downs on my way to a score under these scenarios; in the NFL a defense that rushes six and doesn't get home may give up a score outright. In the context of Madden, that's a two-out-of-100 prospect. So I deal with high tension every snap, while my opponent makes the same two or three defensive adjustments prior to each snap and sips their Red Bull. And after all that, I face low-risk, high-reward cheese plays.
The most mentally deficient players are winning a scripted game that required zero real adjustments, and was void of any real football acumen.
So in summary, if you cheese to win, it's because you suck at football. It also says you have no class, and can't handle a fair fight. It says you lack respect for your opponent. It says all of these negative things, and nothing positive. And none of this will make you feel guilty when it comes time to sell that champion you "earned" by cheating.
Funny dudes crying about Vanguard at the end of the game, but were ok with knockouts from day 1 lmao

lmao i played a dude doing this , went 5 wide and loaded up with vanguards and did a qb draw
raiderbenxyt said:Funny dudes crying about Vanguard at the end of the game, but were ok with knockouts from day 1 lmao
I wasn't OK with Zero Skill's pervasive zone KO's everywhere in December. One Vanguard on its own isn't generally game-breaking. Nine offensive players with Vanguard for a total of 2 AP in May is stupid.
phatalerror said:The way to fix it is to never have Win-[x]-games-in-a-row as a requirement, because it incentivizes unsportsmanlike play, everything counter to “Fair Play”.
This is definitely a fix. I've won the most in a row 4 games. I'll never see Pat Tillman unless I hit the auction block. Im a casual when it comes to madden. I like aging naturally.
Casuals either quit or went into playing just offline probably January/febuary this year. Probably one of the worst Maddens gameplay wise, super brain dead. Last year we didn’t have the vanguard army this early, and while it was entertaining for a week or two it definitely signals the end of the game.
