It's Not the Rampant Cheating In Itself That's So Bad

It's that there are so many ways to do it. I just played against a guy with unblockable stunts. Not sure what you do when everyone just points at everyone else saying, "No, that was *your* guy." It was somebody's guy. Too bad the programming is too sorry to compel the players to do their jobs for just one play.

I hate you cheaters.

There’s no such thing as unblockable stunts. There is such thing as not knowing a blitz or stunt is coming in and not getting rid of the ball fast enough or adjusting to it. 

Stop blaming people that are getting the better of you and calling them cheaters. You’re acting like your opponent has 15 players on the field. Anything can be stopped in this game.

What! Stunts are actually very strategical on passing downs. Wow I’m blown away that you think stunts are RNG. A certain stunt is almost like a certain zone coverage. There’s different ways to attack different parts of your opponent. Stop blaming DDA and RNG. It’s all bs.

Dude, I watched a stunt get ignored by an interior lineman two downs in a row! What exactly am I supposed to do in this case? As an offensive lineman, your job is to prevent defenders from coming through the gaps. The fact that a defender can stunt isn’t novel, nor does it require elaborate choreography from the offensive linemen. The linemen simply switch assignments.

As implemented in MUT, stunts are simply another opportunity for the game to calculate randomly that a pass rush attempt is successful. However, I watched this happen on two downs in a row with such efficacy (and lack of any attempt by my offensive lineman to engage them) that I am inclined to think this was more than RNG.

Anyway, so glad you could come here and outline exactly what the apparently obvious counter is to stunts in general, apart from a specific stunt that looks to be outright broken. Have a great evening.

Dro is the cheaters spokesperson. 😆  they probably have a discord for all cheaters. Teaching each other all the glitches.

You're wrong, there is definitely a glitch with an unblockable stunt...

I have yet to play a stunt a can't block with the right blocking adjustments and formations. That being said, the blocking logic is still terrible and bogged down even more by DDA

how did you try blocking it? The players don’t adjust on their own, you have to tell them what to do

There is definitely a glitch to allow a guy to come in about 50% of the time untouched no matter what the adjustments are.

I should know i run it. I've labbed some pretty crazy stunt glitches of my own that could probably be insane if the right person put in more work making them better. There's some weird sequences of events you can do that make the ai go crazy with stunts 

Did you really think ea would implement a new feature that complex without screwing it up?

I believe you when you say it is highly effective against a variety of formations/blocking concepts, I am just saying I have never played against any blitz I could not get blocked yet. I must just be lucky.
