I am in need of a Customer Service Grant as I am currently missing one of my Rookie Premier Fantasy Packs and all three of the 32 Team Chem Tokens. Back in the day when you had an issue like this, you would reach out to Kraelo and he would pass along your information to the proper channel and you would get what you needed. So does anybody know who the current Community Manager for Madden 26 is, if there is one and how to get in contact with them or someone who can issue a Customer Service Grant. I already tried EA Help and they were useless, as expected.
I’m still missing my J. Peppers and by the time I get him, if I even do, he’ll be obsolete. It’s false advertisement at this point and it’s irritating

go back to M25 and put training into all of ur RPs, that's how I got the pack for my missing one
The CM doesn't do that anymore. You need to open a ticket at help.ea.com. They're the only group that handles missing content now. If you didn't have success with them, I would suggest opening a new ticket and dealing with a different agent.

I read your post. The CM hasn't dealt with missing content since Kraelo left years ago. That's why I suggested opening a new ticket with a new agent. That's the only recourse you have.

The only one being an asshole here is you. My post clearly stated that I had already dealt with EA Help and was looking for someone to get me in contact with the current Community Manager or someone who can issue a customer service grant. Their original comment wasn't presented in a way that it was obvious that they fully read or understood the intent of my original post. If you are soft defending EA's behavior and hoping that I never get my things. You are part of the problem.
