Yes locked out as well on PC, was in lineup when lost connection to servers. Now cannot access the game mode with same error. Reinstalled game with no luck.
auction house is restricted
I also noticed the season ticket store doesnt have player upgrades

Ranked rewards are borked so they pretty much locked everything up. I wouldn't do anything meaningful inside MUT if you do manage to access anything because who knows what will happen.
