For the forseeable future but not forever. They don't want guys currently embroiled in scandal but once enough time passes it clearly doesn't matter much.

He beat his 4yr old son so bad he had slash wounds across his legs. Also was hitting him in the genitals. He assaulted his wife on a plane and forced it to land. He was arrested for going 88 in a 55 while intoxicated. He was arrested again just recently for the same thing and also weapons charges. Hes currently still in jail
