kinda scary to see it so low when all other pass rushers have it at 90+. will it affect the card?
Not unless you're putting him at lb. Ibl only applys to contact at full speed in open space beyond the los.

Impact block on a defender correlates to out of my way ability. Which is basically nasty streak for a defender. Could definitely matter against a run heavy offense

Correct but impact blocks only occur at full speed interactions between offensive/defensive players in open space. Out my way should not have any impact on d-line players. Same as nasty streak which "should" technically only work in open space at full speed impact blocks but a lot of people said it was glitched last year and worked on the los blocks. Maybe they are still glitched this year but technically either out my way or nasty streak are only supposed to occur during two players running at each other full speed in open space beyond los.

"at full speed interaction" not sure why you're emphasizing that. Acceleration transferring to speed is gonna happen on every play lol. Of course that activates at the line of scrimmage. Funny read

Its how impact block is coded...they have to be moving at a faster pace than a jog in open space to create the "impact" block and exactly how EA defines it.
- Impact Blocking, with the addition of the Blocking Stick on offense and the “Blow-up/Submarine the Blocker” mechanic on defense, both offensive and defensive players will now be rated in the Impact Block category (IMP). This rating will be used in a formula with body weight and movement speed for both blockers and defenders to determine the outcomes of moving blocks, when the blocker or defender is running faster than a jog speed.

What matters is who the block actually impacts. If you come across a tight end with secure protector, dudes gonna get eaten alive regardless of size. People laugh but this is the exact reason running backs were given secure protector as well.
Do we really think EA programming is sophisticated enough for it to make a difference? Like seriously? They cant even get a menu screen to work.

This point here!

Sarcasm aside, it does make a difference.
