Meh, potentially splitting hairs at this point -- Vick has the superior scrambling speed. I guess you could do it to come out ~100k on top, but minimal value, unless you really get dialed in with that lightning-quick QB Release Style #21. As @RavensFlockLetsFly pointed out, Bo Nix is right up there, in terms of having a truly elite (top 3-5) QB Release style currently in-game. Although there are no truly BAD releases this year, heck even the Cam Newton #1 isn't terrible with Gunslinger.
