ea should allow injuries to happen in h2h/cpu events…your player can get injured and be forced out of the game…you can also be disqualified for intentionally destroying their kicker while going offsides or their qb who was far out of bounds

If I light up a quarterback on a scramble and I knock him out of the game, that would be in the game.
With a few exceptions, most defenders in the NFL aren't trying to kill their assignments. There are already too many inducements for Madden users to employ non-football tactics to gain an advantage. I don't see how giving a user the opportunity to sacrifice a Gold defender to disqualification to knock an opponent's blue-chip player out of the game is good for the MUT experience.
Therefore, even though there could be more realism in this regard, it would just end up being exploited.

they need to periodically pull someone from the next series or play for getting bodied or for landing on their neck trying to high point a ball in triple coverage

Wow... I had completely forgotten that that was a thing. Closest thing to that I remember would be High-Impact Football, whose fighting mechanic is exactly what I miss when I'm playing head-to-head MUT and my opponent won't come off the cheese.

I'm all for fatigue. I just hesitate to welcome a mechanic that 'awards' injuries for cheap shots.
this game just needs to be more physics based instead of animation triggers
but no team should be able to run 4 verticals with the same 4 people, 4 downs in a row with no obvious degradation to player speed or performance
