I think this is an idea madden will never do due to them being money hungry but make it that cards upgrade over time so they never change price. sure they can release new cards starting at higher overalls but make it that lets say if you get say a core 85 it goes up 1 overall so whenever stuff releases its still very usable if not as good as new cards. make it be that market prices don't change and maybe make an exchange so if people try and hold onto a card so no user auctions are on the market you could make it that theres a "set" where you exchange a bit more than market value for a card. and if lets say you have a core and it gets a most feared card it goes to the overall it would be at and you can choose between the core card art and any card art from any promo it has been in. im sure there are downsides im not seeing and im sure you all will tell me them.

That would cost EA like half a billion dollars. There’s a 0% chance they ever do it. There’s a reason rookie premiers don’t do it anymore.

The greed grows more and more with each passing year. Crystals, LTDs that are 1 higher ovr, packs becoming insanely expensive and having horrible odds, manipulation of the market. They have taken the fun out of it in the name of greed, but they can continue to get away with it because they’re the only game in town.

It's simple supply and demand. There's absolutely no stopping it in a game with a market, it will happen every time. So there's no use complaining about it. Ride the waves or play a different game.

Sounds like you need to take ya talents to CoD or Battlefield. Here's a golden nugget for ya, the "Auction House" is literally MUT's stock market. You gonna be in for a rude awakening when you see the prices on these 85-88s for the Team Diamond sets. Might wanna schedule you a trip to ya local mental health institute.

Just sounds like you’re not too good at the game tbh. This year is the EASIEST to make coins for free. OGs know you physically could not rack up a lot of coins for free and this year they hand out players and coins. These so called YouTube plays are easily able to be countered it just requires basic football knowledge. This is coming from someone who works 50+ hours a week, don’t make excuses just understand the game. People use certain defensive plays because the general knowledge does not know how to adjust. This isn’t to be toxic, you’re playing a competitive game mode you can’t expect everyone to be sub par because of different schedules.

My initial take after reading the thread title was, "This is going to be dumb."

Maybe MUT isn't for you. By design, it is a mode you'll need to put many hours into, or perhaps fewer hours but many dollars (or whatever your local currency might be).

The market is the market. It shouldn't bend for users who don't want to learn. I've got 5m coins NMS spending much less time this year than I've spent in years past because I've learned. My summary take at the conclusion of reading your thread: You're wanting MUT to become something it isn't supposed to be. Without the community making MUT what it is, there is no MUT.

I still suck at the game, because I'm unwilling to adopt practices akin to cheating. When I next write a thread about how the game sucks and isn't like real football, someone is going to see the thread title and think, "This is going to be dumb."
