If you have a WR at KR only, but not WR...do they count towards theme team chem #s?

Can you get chems counted towards a theme team only having players as specialist, but not in an actual position?

For Example...if I put Chad Johnson at KR only, but not WR...and he has Eagles chem...does he still count as +1 Eagles Chem towards 50?

I assume he gets the attribute boosts from Eagles ...but doesnt count towards chems?

Pretty sure Chems only count if the player is in there natural position(unless training is used to buy the secondary position chem). So having someone in KR and not any WR slots I believe 1. Doesn't give you attribute boosts from Eagles and 2. Also doesn't count towards chem amount.

No only p/k/ls will get chem in special team.

The player card will get the team boosts, but it will not count as a +1 to the team chemistry. I like to hide program players in these spots to get the achievements, but they do not count towards team chem this way. If you have active TT boosts, however, the card will get the program/team boosts and you can sub them in wherever while in-game.
