Hey fellas and ladies too, I was just wondering is it anyway we could set up a list almost a blackball list of player that distort the game when odds are not in their favor because it’s getting ridiculous.

Unlikely, almost all of these public forum sites operate with terms and conditions which protect the guilty (to avoid a lawsuit situation).  Setting up a blackball list would likely fall under the T&C line below.
