At least if its the one where they come out in fg block left, line up on the 4th guy from the left and then switch or swerve with him at the snap, its on youtube, and it sucks
easy counter is kick with a lefty, keep anderson in your lineup as your KOS and if you have identifier on someone you should see someone on the 4th guy take the penalty and sub him in
the alternative is aim the kick as high as possible, this shortens your range but works against "almost" every fg block glitch except nanos

What you described is a lot closer to what I saw, although they did a little bit more than line up the assignment-glitching defender at a peculiar spot. Swerving wasn't necessary; from the snap my line allowed a free rusher up the middle. Just another glitch that exploits blocking assignment coding.
