I just went 10-0 in the event and only got snow - I thought that’s how you get Parham?

I still have never received my token. This is unfathomable. How can such a big company care so little about their product? Such a joke.

Opening tickets and customer service was obviously useless. Does anybody have any ideas of how to actually get help from EA? Is there like an email or something?
