I just went 10-0 and didn't get the event token

Hey everyone, as stated above, I just went 10-0 in the Unreal Moments H2H event for the first time.  Upon completion however, I received the Flawless Run Pack #2 which had the option of 2 85+s or 6 82+s...but no event token.

I thought we were supposed to get the token for the first flawless run, and the pack I received for a second flawless run.  Is that incorrect?  Has this happened to anyone else?!?

And before anyone asks...

Yes I'm sure it was my first flawless run.  I hadn't been able to get to more than 4-0 before today.  

Yes I have checked by binder.

Yes I have restarted my console.

Are you sure you were in the correct event?......  Jk.  congrats! I can't get past 6 wins.  Sorry, I don't have the answer.

Did you get the “finish season” option when you go back to start another round of the event?

Yup...and when I "Finished the Event"...I got the Flawless Run pack #2 instead of #1.

I even went in and played another game just to see if that would trigger anything...no dice

damn Id be sick if I went 10-0 and no token.

Most I got was 7-0 . Absolute pain in the ahh . 

Sorry man I aint got an answer. Restart the game maybe? Go in, back out?, maybe play a solo challenge?

You're not the only one, happening to multiple people. Swift just tagged Madden direct about it so hopefully they fix it and give it to you

The same exact thing just happened to me 30 minutes ago... won my FIRST flawless run and received the #2 flawless run pack. It was torture to go through this event so we'd better receive the correct reward that is far more valuable!

This event is impossible for me to win I had no issues with any of the other ones. Seems like luck plays a lot people just burn clock

This happened to me as well.

10-0 no token 

And a choice of 6 82+ or 2 85+.

A grind for nothing

IF they "fix it" or give make rights it will be to late and the value will be lost.

That is a BILLION dollar company for you.....

Same here. Only pack #2 on my first flawless run. Made it just in time with only 6H left on the first event. Is there a makeright thread on the forum or something? Literally only played to get my Rodgers without needing to drop the coin for it. So frustrating.

I understand the pain. I spent 36 hours trying to pass this event. Usually i can get through it in a hour or so. I had finally got it yesterday and found out all i got were two 85 plus’s. I had contacted ea helps live chat and since i was falsely banned on collage football 26 they said they couldn’t help. (I ‘coined farmed’ the collage OT event). I hope they give out make rights. I was expecting 1.2 mil and instead got 160k.
