Arent you supposed to get +1 speed at 20 combine?

Wow! I never even noticed this. I didn't see enough cards at skill positions worth chasing the chemistry, but apparently EA either forgot to include the speed boost, or decided that they needed another reason for the program to fail utterly this year.
