I don’t know what just happened. Can someone explain?

 so I just got done playing through a season and I went on a five game winning streak which was  great. I was matched up against some pretty intense cards. I even  saw in one of the top three cards  was a 90  and the players were six levels higher than me and they were some pretty wild games, to say the least 

 When I went to my playoff game I was matched up with somebody that was six levels lower than me and his first three cards were 83 to 85 and I figured this could be a very easy match not to mention when I noticed on defense, he was sitting on his defensive line. I even thought more that this could be a win. But oddly enough I could not do a thing and on the opening  kickoff I   got hit and fumbled by the cpu also every pass was a drop meanwhile This player was throwing into two defenders and getting catches. Just the wildest things  were happening that I have not yet seen in a game so far and I ended up losing

I have no idea how he could’ve have won but he did . What just happened? I guess I’m trying to say is , if my  team was so much better than  his stat wise how are they getting beat so badly in coverage and at the line on both sides?  Just very very odd .

Match makings a little weird 

You can have a great team and go in a loosing streak and you’ll get matched with someone with lower grade cards . 

Then vice versa you can have lower grade cards be on a streak and you’ll get matched with a cracked out team . 

As for why you got beat , this year man if you can switch stick correct with a mix of the right calls you don’t need the best team to compete by any means. Also coulda been some sort of streamer doing a challenge 😅

Unfortunately, I don’t have any footage, I wish I did  but It’s just my word, it was definitely an odd Game to say the least you can just tell he wasn’t that great of a player. And his team had a few 84 cards mostly 81’s  and most of my team has 86 and 87’ cards  my oline are all 85’s    

It made no sense how his team just pushed my team around on both sides and got just about every catch.

I had a similar situation, the guy was running only like 3 plays and no matter what he did it was money. I couldn't stop him and my defense would constantly just chill out and not participate. Its a helpless feeling but what can ya do?

Jus had the same thing happen all 80s but put bta ea can’t fw skill

We've all been where you were and seen what you saw. There are egos here that prevent their associated brains and eyes from communicating effectively and coming to a rational evidence-based conclusion.

DDA. Sometimes RNG isn't a satisfying answer, as there aren't too many times you'll drop everything you don't misfire on, and there aren't too many times where you'll get completely owned in the trenches on almost every down. But when it does happen, it will happen in the scenario you just described.

from time to time i match up against a dline user with a pretty shitty team and he (EA) just gives me hell, exactly what you just described

people will say you or i are just bad but i´ve even seen people like dottimus or mayz struggle against some weird dline demons

Congrats on that run...you indicate you won against someone six levels higher then you...then lost to someone six levels lower then you...there is a good chance EA was weighing in on both of those (that win and that loss).  Not sure if DDA exists...but I do know something is going on out there...and it works both ways (few give DDA credit for the wins, but sure will blame it for the losses).  Celebrate the wins (and you should as that was an impressive run)...and just roll with the losses.

EA at it's finest. DDA is in the game to keep all players engaged to the game.  We all have had that experience at one time or another.  Those players you beat in your nice run are saying the same thing.  Congrats on that run!

 You know you are exactly right. I was thinking this very same thing. I was wondering how much of those  wins now were based off of me or just some crazy moments that  indeed had a big reason on the outcome of those games.  In fact, my last game before the playoff on a fourth and two, if not for the CPU Lineman  on the edge jumps up while engaged and deflects the ball in the passing lane  he gets the first down and probably wins the game with a field goal so again you are probably right.
