I just can’t this year
All I want is 2 stops a game, that’s all I want
What defenses are you guys running?

Defence is hard this year, only way to get stops is ur opponent throws into dbl coverage (still might not be picked) or a crazy user play. I run my "bend don't break" defence basically a collection of plays from 4-3 and Nickel over designed to give up yards here and there but defend the big plays and try to fool them into taking a shot that the safety's can just jump in front of. U gotta score on every drive this year tho
im in Vikings PB running Nickel 2-4 Cover 2 or Cover 3 Cloud (mainly vs under center or a person running random formations), Nickel Single-Mug Cover 4 Quarters (against Bunch X Nasty, some trips sets, and when I don't want to run the other 2), and Nickel Double Mug Midblitz (vs most trips sets when the FS maned on the RB is over the trips set, I will put him in a deep half, man lb on RB side to RB, curl flat de who is nubin on TE side, and zone out the other LB, shade inside, and mug the left side and hope the edge comes free or DoNs go crazy. Also when I want to dial up pressure and sometimes vs undercenter). I just try to dial up pressure and force them into a bad read, sack, or grounding penalty if they throw it away. getting them into 2nd and 3rd and long is the main goal for me. if I see something about to get open I switch stick it. I usually get atleast a stop per game by doing this (switch stick picks, user picks, defensive player jumping something, lucky fumbles, 4th down stops, and even holding them to 3 is a half-stop). if I happen to play someone I cant stop, I just play clock and make sure I score everytime. have the ball at the end of each half and don't turn it over.

I just switch between heavy blitz and everybody in coverage and hope they guess wrong on which I’m doin, good players can torch me but doin this often makes them less able to control the clock and lets me decide the game with my offense or a late 2 pointer.

Rob, the key is to not show your hand
I just rotate the right stick to switch stick to 8 different players and hope one of them randomly ends up in a good position and makes a play. I also always switch my coverage shells randomly. The key is to not show your hand
