Think i had this issue last year. You should be able to use xbox/playstation app on phone to download directly to console. If not idk, only got the deluxe version this year and its already downloaded.

Search MVP bundleÂ
Scroll a little down to deluxeÂ
And should be a download option
(On Xbox app)

it was finally able to recognize that i was logged in with my account and now i can finally download the game. I'm probably going to let it go in the background while I play Rainbow 6 Siege or watch YT. I'm not in much of a rush to get it installed
