How many TTs out there STRICTLY will not play with rival teams cards?

Meh, I rooted for the 49ers because that's the family I was raised in.

The 49ers Wally Pipped Alex Smith for Colin Kaepernick, so I became a Chiefs fan on the principle.

The Chiefs dumped Alex Smith after he gave them his blood, sweat, and tears over years of recovering from bad cap management and giving undeserving players big contracts along the way, so I became a Washington fan on the principle.

(Speaking about principles, the old name of the Washington team was not appropriate, but that didn't stop me.)

Washington was a rebuilding team with turnstiles on the offensive line, same as had been the case in San Francisco and in Kansas City, only this time, Smith suffered what ended up being a life-threatening compound leg fracture. And somehow, two seasons later, he managed to lead his team from late-season irrelevance to a playoff berth. Sadly, his body was done, and he couldn't get medically cleared for his own swan song.

Without Alex Smith to root for, and with no compelling reason to continue rooting for a failing Washington team, I looked back to the 49ers, who never managed to win a Super Bowl with Colin Kaepernick after all. I forgave them.

All of this to say, I don't really care what players played for what teams. I could find all kinds of reasons to loathe individual players, but I'm just not that kind of person, and there are too many important things in life that demand loyalty for me to have that sort of devotion to a football team I can't control, or even influence.

omg i just realized i use micah parsons at crystal BUT BUT i got him when he was on the cowboys not packers, and now hes hurt and STRICTLY bc u NEED that +1 speed lol

For me it kinda depends on the player. Like in September/August that Breece hall 85 was a dawg, and i wasn't paying 3 mil for gauntlet achane. I have Breece hall on my fantasy team and he's just fun to watch irl so I was okay w it. This year is the first year ive ever used a Josh Allen card cuz I js dont like him irl, tired of him and the bills always running through us every year but his ZC card is js so good that I had to use it (I now use Bryce who's actually really good)

As someone who flip flops between TTs based on who's the best/has fun cards though, ive NEVER built a jets, or a pats, or a bills tt, not even 20/50. And I will NEVER do so, even if pats is far and away the best TT or same with jets

Bru, I understand Breece cus we own the Jets, but dont use Josh Allen thats 2 far, only reason Bills r good

@thecornhusk14 I'm sorry but you got me there! Some of us  ultimate team TT competitors do utilize players with 32 team Chems. But we are hurting at CB position. I rep My Bears every year since I played Madden. It was the other way around for me I thought it would upset our Rivals but not my fellow Bear brothers Sorry about that. But what are you going to do about Julius Peppers?

Yaaa. I simply don't feel right using Trevon Diggs (yuck cowboys) card lol. I 'try' to shy away from Patriot cards too but im more lenient if they actually played for my team vs if they just "get" the chem.

I run an Eagles TT but honestly will use whatever card. I try to steer away from Cowboys players but I also enjoy using different cards every year. Been playing MUT the last 7 years so using the same Eagles players every year gets a little boring.

so for parsons aint no way im giving up +1 speed lol, also i see him as a horrible trade that will doom the packers in the future. his ACL is gone, and now theyre down 2 first round picks draft capital PLUS kenny clark, he may be the best thing thats happened for the bears LOL

any players that played for both the packers AND bears is totally fine, give me peppers ALL DAY, also any 32 team chem guys obv ok too just NOT from the packers
