Lmao the whole point of the crystal cards is so you can practically get plus 22 speed for your team. That boost is worth way more than the price of those 3 cards. Idk where you’re trying to go with this conversation. I’m just saying they should figure out a way so people can use the crystal cards and also newer versions of those cards as well. 

I’m seriously not trying to be an a hole but you’ve been saying stuff that’s irrelevant. Im just agreeing with OP and want the newer version of the crystal cards to be useable.

I used to love the powerup cards and miss them, they made a whole aspect of hunting for older cards and training relevant. I'm sure that EA did away with them to get people more addicted to new packs in some way.

But to be fair, we are starting to get to the point, probably beginning with this Super Bowl promo, where cards are gonna have start having base 96-97 speed, so I highly doubt the Saquon crystal is gonna have too much high value for much longer.

Take Crystals out of it, it’s stupid that I get an 82 OVR Jack Gibbens for my Pats TT.  Let’s say he gets a 95 OVR SB card - if I want to use it, I have to lose the x2 chem boost.  I should be able to put the TB into the 95s PU to unlock the x2 Pats chem.

1+ speed doesn't show up on the field, especially with the way DDA influences how players move game to game. Maybe a difference of like 4-5 speed matters, but 1+ is just literally so people can feel good about how their cards stats look. You'd never be able to tell the difference if I had you use the same player with the only difference being 1+ speed.
