Just submitted a ticket to Twitch as well and I'll update here if/when I get anywhere with it!

This should 100% not have to be the case what so ever EA has already Granted the card to whoever was there at the event live so EA can/should grant that card out to us.Have no worries though we will still be able to get the card it will just be at the end of the MCS season like we always do if we miss one during the season and from the looks of it that's how this POS co plans on doing it.100% complete worst Mut staff we have ever had in place pure greed and pettyness with this worthless Human Beings!
Heard that some were able to get the card after contacting Twitch (I have no idea if that is true or not though). Went to the Twitch help section and it specifically says that they are aware of the issue of the progress bar being delayed and expect to be able to automatically apply the missing progress once the issue is resolved and there is nothing that we need to do on our end. It sounds like they will help us but will see.

That's not true either that has already been fixed because they had Open drops this weekend and it worked perfect because i got my packs from that it took all day to get them but i did get them on my acct.So that issue is 100% working already.

Just putting in what the message says. I do agree that it is annoying that something has not happened sooner although Madden seems to be a mess lately and it goes well beyond the MCS promo issue.
