How EA Should Handle Matchmaking

Since the top-ranking users don't actually use football tactics and just spam a narrow selection of plays, EA should just...

1) Log what plays are called by users
2) Match winning users against winning users that call similar plays
3) Match losing users against users that actually call a variety of plays, because they're losing too

All the eBook RPO spammers can bang each other over the head, and the rest of us can play football.

Problem solved.

Or you can just realize we’re playing a video game and try to learn how people are beating you.

We'll agree to disagree on the merit that community matters. When the Git Gud elements of the community offer no solutions to community, maybe someone else will rise up and do the job that needs to be done.

Its not the match making thats a problem

Its the Ingame RNG, where EA influences which players get certain type of animations

How can you play a game with 3 DoN against an 87 OVR Oline with no protector abilities...and no get no pressure/sheds

.

Then the next game you play an opponent with 90 OVR Edge protectors and get instasheds

My complaint isn't hard games. My complaint is about being able to play an NFL-licensed football title like it's a football game. RNG is a necessary evil, although how it's employed in Madden has always been a cause for frustration rather than enjoyment.

I think about making post like this but realize im just mad because i lost. Im not sure if that applys here. This isnt football its video game football. Is it fustrating yes do i have the choice not to play yes

I’m not even defending ea. ea is a trash company. But it’s the only football game we have and I enjoy it. Im not delusional like you and all your other friends on here that complain all the time. I’ve played this game for a long time, I know how ea is and I know what to expect. You are literally insane if you think it will change one random year. Look up the definition of insane.

I’m not telling you to get better, I’m telling you to play the hand you are dealt. Complaining will do absolutely nothing. People have been complaining for almost 10 years not about MUT and nothing has changed. You are insane if you think it will change because you voice your opinion. I’m sorry man, ea is trash but it’s all we have right now.

The fact you like Madden as it is doesn't make anyone else delusional. You could want licorice-flavored ice cream. It's not my taste, but that doesn't make you delusional. Consider it a matter of taste, and not a measure of our intelligence or capacity for rational thought.

You come on here with your brags about how you can beat X and Y. Great. So can a lot of people willing to cross certain lines. For those of us that want to have fun, well, we'd just like to have fun playing a football game that played like football. 

As for the relentless flames when topics like this come up, I would guess most of us are grown men and don't come away from the keyboard smelling like smoke. Just let others have their opinions on this message board dedicated to discussing a video game dressed in a football jersey.

You should go start an online cfm with custom sliders. Mut doesn’t seem like the right fit for you.
