Whats been working for me depending the sets their running the ball out of. If their running out of shotgun I'll run dime 3-2 and call the double safety blitz and audible to cover 4 quarters and shade down it brings the safeties closer to the LOS take control of the non blitzing LB and stick to his gap assignment.
If they come out under center or pistol I'll either nickel 3-3 cover 4 quarters or 3-4 odd cover 4 quarters spread the LBs control the non blitzing LB. 4-3 odd strong slant 3 the purple zone on the right hand side i take him out of coverage and blitz him giving you 6 rushers and you can control the non blitzing LB hopefully this helps some
