You have a few options:

  1. Pause the game at the start, sub him in to the CB position you want in your depth chart.
  2. Use formation subs. If you only run a few formations on defense, it doesn't take very long to use formation subs from your playbook.
  3. Use the new substitutions tool at the line of scrimmage by pressing up on the D-Pad.
