You have to get the lower card of the player that was already in the game and then you have to spend real money to get the power ups in the store.

You can use any player in the group, so just build Tillman 85 team builder (cheap to do) and put him in the set, you can then select from all ultimate upgrade players. Crazy people bidding on the specific card.
