How do I progress the "Complete All-Star Athletes Completion Sets" ?

Ive done every set and I'm still 0/3 on Sets completed, what set needs to be done? This is for the ASA Upgrade Tokens. What am I not doing right?

It hasn't been possible to complete these sets for at least a couple of weeks now. You needed to add the items to sets that no longer exist. Even if you have the individual items, you cannot actually complete the sets.
