Hot route glitch?

I bought Shedure and since i got him I cant make more then one hot rout ajustment per play? is that a trait glitch? or a game glitch? or that a him thing?

Bro, that would be absolutely dirty if he can't do multiple adjustments

I was excited to buy the card and try it, got into squads and this is happening... you cant run offense with one adjustment
