HL promo vs Superstar promo of years past.

I thought the superstar promo always had discounted abilities or were they just prebaked abilities at the same AP cost? I guess your just saving training by getting some of these players which is nice but isn't really all that considering it only costs 150 -200 training for abilities. I do like the HL promo but I think last years superstar promo was better so far. I also remember there being alot of superstar challenges and being able to get at least 8-12 elite superstar players 80-84 if I remember correctly. Im still happy with this promo and all and i guess it has taken the place of the superstar promo which is fine. I know last year was in my opinion maybe the best mut content wise with MF being the best MF promo ever and WCW actually being a surprisingly great promo do here's hoping they do as well if not better this year.
