Hello all, Im Dr Coin, I was a top 12 coinmaker in 2024- a content creator who focuses on coinmaking- have done over 100 livestreams, and coinmaking videos.
On Easter of this year, I was banned from Madden 2025, This is my story.
As of Easter, I had 15m coins, and 20 million investments rocking along, towards my goal of 50million this year. I had all the top players, when Easter came. The market crashed, so I converted all my investments into sugar rush cards. I sold off nonstop for 48 hours, every hour, on the hour to liquidate over 800 Sugar Rush Cards. At this time, I heard of others getting banned, I figured it was because of all the Alt accounts rolling to get presents, etc..
Sunday morning came, I opened all my eggs, logged for the day to spend with family. I never sell on the day off because the market is so low. At approximately 10pm, I signed into my Discord group, signed onto Madden, and BAM....Auction House Banned, all coins wiped. What could of caused this I thought ? ----The only thing I figured it out was the use of the Mutcompanion app, and the and the constant selling. I knew that EA was not working at 10pm on a Sunday, so I knew it was a bot-triggered suspension.
Another person in my Discord was banned, a new account. all it did was sell an LTD egg, At this point I knew EA had configured a new bot system to ban people. I searched the mut.gg forums for others like me, sure it enough there was an increase in bans around sugar rush, I knew I was banned unfairly. So I appealed after 3 days, I received an automated reply, saying it was in fact a sanction there was nothing they could do. Appeal Denied, no follow up, nothing else I could.
So I set out on Mut.gg forums, and sought advice, looked over reddit stories. I figured out that exact process to get my account back, went through the process as defined as their TOS. The first letter went out.......Crickets, for over 2 weeks, nobody responded. I was fed up, now it was time for Step 2. I went to the UPS, had AI write me a letter of dispute, certified, guaranteeing that someone would have to sign for it. I got a response 8 days later, saying they would investigate. I knew from others post that if arbitration comes, EA would have to cover the costs. Keep in mind, my total coin loss in real dollars was about 3500$ on the open market.
After 8 days I got response, so I responded back, crickets, for another 8 days. At this point with Madden 2026 coming up, and EA dragging their feet, I may not get my account back. Fast forward to June 12th, I received an email saying was I reinstated, for a 1 time (they said the infraction was real still-in this email.). I had just gotten back dealing with my moms death.
Fast forward to today June 13th, EA sent me an apology email saying that they had made a mistake, and it was overturned, and looking at preventing this in the future. (I don't buy it ). All of this has been documented on my YouTube channel (Drcoinmadden). My advice, is to keep fighting if you have lost your account, do not accept they tell you.
