If I turn all my eggs into carrots then I'd have 150,000 carrots and if I just hold and let convert to coins it would be 3.7 mil coins. Thinking this might be better than trying to sell in AH and limited gs for 350350k and u would get more value this way

I've been staking since mutleaks said the rate was 25 per. I'm at 186k and I've opened all the eggs. I'm going to wait until late Saturday night to decide what I want to do.

You can't hold EA to being 25 to 1, they can change it since they did not officially announce anything. Mutleaks have been accurate over 95+% of the time this year, but there where a few times when cards that where leaked but EA changed the card and the leaked card never came out.
I doubt they will change it though.

No, you'd have to open them, the quicksell option will be gone and they'll just show as unopended packs
