I put in a ticket with the screenshot and left a comment saying "It stopped tracking at 6%, like the other 40,000 ppl watching this stream", and this is what EA support provided to me. Maybe all the EA support are just cheap Indian made (no offense) AI software response generators. I clearly explained all the situation, and it is either someone who does not speak English or is not an EA employee.

It was a problem on Twitch's side, not EAs. drop weren't working for anything and it just happened to be during the MCS

Yup open weekend drops are not going to accts.I watched for 5 hrs yesterday as did many other and we still have not got the claimed drops yet so its a huge issue with Twitch.Bright side is at least weekend drops are tracking....lmaoooo

i just got 3 twitch packs and the 82+ mf pack. got 1 twitch pack already yesterday.
The lack of communication from this from EA has been absolutely dreadful. Doesn't matter whose fault it was, they need to man up and do something tangible about it.
