Help with a couple semi-related topics

So, as this is my first year of MUT, im curious of a few things. I’m generally NMS and will definitely be going forward. so, I’m wondering:

When do “end-game cards” usually start coming. Will cards now be able to compete with those? Do all the big names get 99s? Thinking of making some buys but don’t want to go crazy if they’re just going to be outdated or replaced soon. Like, will Megatron get a better card? How about Champ? Will he get a 99? What about some big names that we haven’t seen yet?

How many coins would you always try to keep in reserve before “endgame.” I assume you always want to have some coin reserve and not spend yourself down to almost nothing.

some buys I might make: no out of position, but who are your favorite CBs? How about pass rushers? Wide receivers?

The next iteration of cards will probably be something like base cards coming with a 0 AP ability bucket and  a 1 AP ability bucket. Then we may see double 0 AP ability players in Golden Tickets.

End-game is subjective. The Ghost of Madden team is really good and most of those cards hit 97+ speed so they're certainly useable. The only difference will be that there should be cards with better ability combos eventually.

Calvin is only a 95 right now, so he'll definitely get an upgrade (likely to be a 98/99) eventually, but that'll probably be with Ultimate Legends in 2+ months.

Pass rushers, meh. They all perform the same for me. DBs are Woolen and Moss, the Mike Evans and Darren Woodson cards were really good early on too.
