Restart your console. If all else fails and they don’t arrive by tomorrow you will have to go thru the painstaking process of contacting sony. now once you do finally get to speak to someone they will ask a few details about the transaction and take a look and will refund it to your wallet. I had this happen a couple times in MUT 23 but it only never showed up me time and it was for like $90. But they gave it back
