Players that i have personally used that get the elite spin move:

  • T. Sweat
  • King Henry
  • Ant
  • Quadfather
  • Too Tall
  • Julio Jones (when boosted to 6'6")
  • Randall McDaniel

Spin to win!  Just make sure you've got Spin Cycle and let off the sprint button (R2 / right trigger) before engaging your skill move... that's it.  You can hop into Practice mode, with no defense and toy around for 15-20 minutes, shouldn't take you very long to get the hang of it.  It's extremely nasty, can teleport your ball carrier 5-6 yards across the field in a near instant, changing directions without losing a ton of speed in the process.

He has bruiser baked on and arm nar for 0 ap, I use both but his stock stiff is 99
