Got bored playing challenges so just decided to play a bunch of H2H games. Played maybe ten, probably split the W-L 5-5.

Got to veteran level after all that, had a lot of fun doing it too... except for that one guy who somehow had three X-factors activated immediately, two of which weren't even AKA players. Must have had avalanche too, because literally every time one of those guys touched Demarco Murray he fumbled.

Still, was able to play competitively with the majority of them. 24 Dbl Mug has been such a good scheme for me that I don't think I'm changing defensive playbooks anytime soon. On offense, I've been running Form Slot Close out of 49ers playbook. That combination of Jet Sweep, Zone Fake Jet and PA Jet Sweep has been absolutely deadly and almost always forces the opposing user to follow the WR in motion. Absolutely destroyed one guy 28-0 just using this formation.  Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new offensive scheme. Doesn't fit everybody's playstyle though, it's a power run scheme with only one non-play-action pass.

Mixed Form Slot Close with Gun Deebo Package, and it worked pretty well. Christian Watson ran the wheel routes really well, and wasn't bad carrying the football himself.

Congrats on the fun day playing H2H man! I only had time for one game this morning and it was a fun one.

I pretty much only play Champs and Seasons H2H so I know it’s not always easy winning half your games in a day. Sometimes the matchups are favorable for me and other times I can go through a streak where I can’t seem to do anything right.

I ran into somebody yesterday that started the game with 3 x-factors activated on offense and then when he started on defense he had two activated. Luckily he had no clue what he was doing so everything was deactivated after one drive, lol.

It seems like you’ve had a lot of success with Dbl Mug, what plays are working well for you? I play against it sometimes and I’ve tried using it a while back but I feel like I always got burned over the middle.

Surprisingly the best play I’ve used in the formation is Mid Blitz. The only player who usually gets burned is Talanoa Hufanga, but only because of his low MCV. I can usually take away that though with Malik Hooker.

Yeah I matched up with the same guy twice in a row yesterday and he ran Mid Blitz the entire time. He would bring both safeties up to the line to get instant pressure on every play.

I have been playing Champs and h2h a lot for the comp pass, had some really fun games, including a winning score with 0 seconds left the other day, had to send that guy a gg after that for sure.

That’s an interesting tactic. I don’t feel comfortable doing that myself knowing that my CBs aren’t quite good enough to cover without help.

I think he probably has a lot of success from it because he literally did it on every play and he was a VERY good user.

What card did he have as his user?

I think it was Thomas Davis FS. He definitely had a very good lineup, pretty much all top tier cards. He ended up getting two user pick 6’s and he only scored 1 TD on offense.
