H2H Ranked Rewards Question

This is my first season playing ranked. Is the 94 BND Isaiah Simmons in Hero 1 different than the 94 BND Isaiah Simmons in Hero 3? And also if I hit Champion will I get the Darnell Washington and the Isaiah Simmons, or just the Darnell Washington?

You only get Washington in champion. The other one, idk.

Yes, once you get to the hero rank, the reward is the same no matter what level you are in it. And no, you do not get any rewards below your rank only the reward you finish in
