H2H had turned into a real crap show!

I'm this close to selling my team , buying as many RPs as I can(if I play M26), and uninstalling this shit. 

I'm tired of loading into Champs, H2H reg, and House Rules to go against RPO spammers, HB pass spammers, and dudes just running with Falele (sp) 30 times , or seeing the teams full of the same linemen at WR, RB, and TE.  I get its June. But, the gameplay is just not enjoyable at all.  It was fun until mfers just copy and pasted the same type of linemen at every position for GTs. 

Don't you guys get bored of running the same damn plays all game, everyone has the same two cards that they run or pass to every game.  I haven't played the M26 beta yet. But, I'm not gonna lie. I might take a break next year and save money. This year has burned me out with Madden.

It’s bad on old gen as well. Every game is vanguard and double me spammers with everyone having truzz on offense. Fumbles are hard to come by and RPO spammers run crazy in h2h seasons. I’m on a 39 game winning streak but I will say I don’t have as much fun playing now that everyone is getting 3 passive XFactors.

Your probably on that win streak because you don’t quit out games so when you lose you don’t really lose 99 percent of the time

No man it’s actually the other way around. It should be like a 45-50 game streak but a few games where I was obliterating my opponents but they refused to quit out didn’t count. Honestly about 7 out of every 10 full games I completed are counting. The worst is in super bowls with 5 minute quarters where I will blow my opponent out than have to replay my super bowl again because it didn’t count. Than I usually lose in the redo 😂 madden 25 sucks but I’m an addict so yeah.

I'm definitely taking a break next year. First break in 15+ years. I feel your pain. 

It's the same schemes every game. lol boring.

If there were ever a year to vote with our wallets, this is it -- i'm seriously considering (or trying to convince myself) to NOT pre-order M26 and at least take a couple/few months off.  I was fortunate enough to get to try out the Closed Beta and the game does feel slightly improved, especially player movement in general, but at the end of the day it's the same basic game.  EA has put forth minimal effort (gotta make sure the NFL continues their exclusivity agreement, because EA doesn't want to have to compete with other NFL "simulation" games), but it's just a LOT of lipstick on a pig.  All the most glaring bugs and issues are still going to be there, plus a lot, lot more.

Hard to disagree with anything you stated above, we're all right there with you, but so many of us are beyond addicted and couldn't imagine turning this literal casino for children off.  Remain strong, brother!  Hopefully I can do the same.

Madden will always be a glitch fest and I’ve accepted that. However the deal breaker for me is if EA will have more player rights for Madden 26. If it’s the same 5 players getting 20 different cards every promo I’m out. Biggest selling point of ultimate team for me was all the unique teams and players you could use.

Only company sports EA SPORTS single player way better than online only sport 2K online play feels heaven.

I broke the cycle for Madden 23 . I was burned out and tired of of chasing cards every two to three days between Madden 20-Madden 22.  Between that, the bad game play, and pack odds I think it might be time to sit the next year out. I do not see EA making the acquisition of cards more palatable next year for the community.  5-10 million coins for various LTDs is freaking ridiculous. 

I went balls deep into CFB and Madden 25.  I regret it because I played CFB sparingly once we got to the Most Feared stage of Madden. And all the money spent on packs and random offers just isn't worth it.  To hit a 99 overall team and uninstall this shit every year.  I love the competitive nature of online gaming. But, I think really is time to give my mind and my wallet a break from the cycle of grinding to 99 and keeping up with the competition.

That part. I swear Legends and ULs were the same damn cards. AKA and AKA icons were the same damn cards. Saquon had like 80 LTDs 🤣🤣.  

That shit they pulled with the Team Diamonds was a slap in the face. I think my biggest sore point this year was making damn near every LTD unattainable with buying a 3 to 6 step offer. I missed the days where you could pack an LTD with just coins and training packs. That shit is non-existent today.

Burns my soul that a game I've played since 1992 has been turned into a virtual casino that never stops. I watched that documentary and it makes me livid that they ruined such a good product.
