There definitely is a desync/disconnect glitch. It’s magically happened to me multiple times soon after a game sealing play or drive. I play on ethernet cable with fiber internet. Saw a video on X too where a big talker was saying he was going to glitch out with the W and sure enough he did. It was all recorded. 

Strange behavior to say this doesn’t exist.
