The thing is, nobody is getting "left behind" either, there is more than one way to win. Also in the real NFL, if you have no ability to adapt or to scheme on your own you would not have a job. Yes, there are steady concepts, but you don't stay at the top without the ability to create.
Buddy it sounds like you are getting “left behind”. I run what works. I’m playing the game to win. If I wanted to build a real football team and use certain schemes I would play franchise mode. Ultimate team is much more fun imo and that’s why I play it.
