just got back into mut, 88 ovr, still struggle on some solo's. what are your go-to plays to beat just about any solo?

Run plays are usually inside zone out of Gun Trey Y-Flex.

The trick is, you gotta call the opposite (run/pass) of what you want, and then audible to the play you want at the line.  The CPU cheats and will call a run defense if you call run but doesn't audible.
