Ghosts of Madden Player Sets Missing?

I play the PC version of Madden 23. I want to get Marshawn Lynch and Herman Moore for my team but their sets are gone from the Ghosts of Madden sets. Were they time sensitive? is the game glitched out or malfunctioning? please help me i am confused here.
