Genki Force Field Pass

Has anyone been able to complete the field pass and obtain all the rewards?

Seems the last two levels are impossible to get so no elevation token or last bit of power for anyone even though it shows completed.

I opened a case with EA Help regarding this and ended up chatting with a representative. A little while later I got a grant of 1880 power. Might be worth looking into as it only took me about 15 minutes.
