I pulled Dawkins Run Support BND. If I want to change his archetype to zone then I put in a 93 and it's random? so I could potentially get the hybrid version and just be screwed while wasting a 93?

You can’t put BNDs into a set regardless. Meaning you can’t change the archetype of your Dawkins or any BND champ.
