Some games don’t count on old GEN. Whether it’s a win or a loss. EA should fix this. It has been like this since November

Good luck trying to get clarification on this here. I made a thread like this a while back and the only response I received was someone telling me to move to PS5. Lol. I have a PS5 and the PS5 version but I do enjoy playing the PS4 version over it right now. I'm not even sure if it is a glitch EA can fix even if they wanted to because I am not even 100% sure if it is something other players are doing something to cause the game not to count or if it is completely random. I'd be happy to get any clarification myself but like I said I don't think most people that post here treat old gen players as second class citizens or not many actually play it anymore period.

To be fair, this happens on next gen as well. It's been an issue all year. Seems to happen mostly if the game finishes naturally due to time limit. I doubt it will ever get fixed.
