Game definitely needs a play lock feature

Unfortunately most people don't play video games to have fun anymore. They just want to win because they feel a lack of accomplishement in real life. I work hard and just want to have fun and even if I know how to stop an exploit (which is rare these days) it's just boring. The most fun I have playing this game is when my opponent and I are constantly adjusting our plays to outsmart the opponent. It's even fun to lose those games.

im talking about players having different chems and abilities setups saved in different lineups. yes different lineups is already in the game but not having to swap chems and abilities on EVERY SINGLE PLAYER everytime u change lineups would be great. too much work for ea tho

Other than your notion to drown himself, I'm with you and your take.  You want to run meta, fine.  But at least change it up a little bit.  Otherwise it's just annoying and boring.

THIS RIGHT HERE!!!!  None of us are making $ off this game....its a release and possibly some form of entertainment.  I don't see the enjoyment in copying a YT video and running 1 play over and over and over.  Copying someone else's work to make yourself feel good is asinine to me....especially for useless rewards.

Winning is fun and being able to compete with the best competition is great. I'm not here to play sim football and dream about the days when i was backup jv quarterback. 

Everything you encountered is stoppable. it's not like i'm 1000 and 0 and just won the madden bowl. Get good at stopping it and you'll be able to compete, if you don't want to do that then quit bitching because this game isn't for you.

I am a meta denyer as anything can get countered, play how you want  if opponent doesn’t like it they’re free to stop you forfeit

They mad they cant stop it, is it even meta if you just use one play and simply adjust a route or two? They will say yes if you beat them

No one is mad they can't stop it.  Obviously reading comprehension isn't your strong-suit.  All things can be stopped/countered in this game.  What is annoying and killing this game is so many of you are lemmings and run the same scheme over and over and over.  I have ZERO desire to play 10 games and face the same scheme every game.  Even if I were to win all 10, that is a huge waste of my time.

Play fifa then goober, american football is going to be structured and believe it or not coaches preplan and will def run the same plays/exploits as long as they work-ever hear of wildcat?

Winning like you describe is a complete waste of time to anyone whose time is worthy of anything better than Madden. It sucks for anyone not a braindead bot obsessed with poor rewards that expire within, at most, months. If you are not winning money at MCS events and play like this, eeesh. That's pretty pathetic. Considering the posts I see you make, everyone on this site would know if you were winning money with Madden, so apparently you are not.

You don't decide who this game is for. You only exploit the easiest way to get wins, and apparently don't have much of a reason to do so. Maybe this game isn't meant for you. Maybe the rest of us are just stuck playing with people constantly looking for exploits bc the people at EA suck at their jobs. That's not on us for wanting to play a game of sim football. It's the only game in town.

I play this game a lot more than the average person, and even I won't waste my time in practice mode going over the 5-6 sole adjustments that you need to make to counter the exploit-of-the-day. What a waste of time. I just quit and move on bc it's boring as fuck. That doesn't mean people like you aren't completely ruining the experience of other people who don't have your life to waste.

Exactly buddy is out here having fun running the same exact dumbass plays u would never see in real life not an ounce of realism or variety to be seen just in the name of winning. All that and not a single dollar ever earned in winnings 🤣🤣 what a clown
